there are ten turkey vultures perching atop a cell phone tower in downtown Lafayette Indiana. These same ten were seen with five on the ground and the other five lined up on a tree limb last week. (6/9/9)
My friend has at least 25 to 30 of these that come to roost in his back yard trees, every night. lots of birds=lots of bird poop! his family is trying to sell their house, and they cant with a blanket of white poop in their back lawn( it looks like snow). oh and dont even get me started about the smell!!…..Would it be illegal to kill these?

Hmm… that looks like a Turkey Vulture!
These ones actually live in North and South America; I see them all the time at home!

I just saw one of these in my yard in Arden Hills, Minnesota and didn’t know what it was.
Thanks for the info.
